รัฐ Victoria มีเมืองหลวงชื่อ Melbourne ซึ่งจัดเป็นเมืองที่ใหญ่อันดับ 2 ของประเทศออสเตรเลีย เป็นเมืองที่มีประชากรอาศัยอยู่มากเป็นอันดับ 2 รองจากเมือง Sydney และเป็นเมืองที่น่าอยู่อาศัยอันดับ 2 ของโลก เมือง Melbourne ระบบการคมนาคมขนส่งใน Melbourne จัดว่าสะดวกสบายมาก เนื่งจาก มีทั้งรถบัส รถไฟ และ รถบัสสาธารณะ เมืองสำคัญต่างๆในรัฐ Victoria ได้แก่ Bendigo, Ballarat และ Geelong Melbourne มีสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวที่น่าสนใจ ได้แก่ The Great Ocean Road, The Royal Botanic Garden, รถไฟไอน้ำ (Puffing Billy), ตลาด Queen Victoria,The Philips Island, Twelve Apostles, Saint Kilda Beach และ The Royal Botanic Garden เป็นต้น เมือง Melbourne ขึ้นชื่อว่าเป็นเมืองที่มีชื่อเสียงทางด้านกีฬาของประเทศออสเตรเลีย เนื่องจากในแต่ละปีจะมีการแข่งขัน Tennis Australian Open , The Melbourne Cup และ Australian Grand Prix (Formula One) เป็นต้น

เกณฑ์การรับสมัครเรียน
เรียนปริญญาตรีต้องมีผลคะแนนสอบ IELTS = 6.0
เรียนปริญญาโทต้องมีผลคะแนนสอบ IELTS = 6.5
กรณีที่ผลคะแนน IELTS ไม่ถึงตามเกณฑ์ที่ทางมหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด สามารถเรียนภาษาอังกฤษได้กับสาบันสอนภาษาอังกฤษได้ตามตารางข้างล่างนี้ และเมื่อนักศึกษาสามารถสอบผ่านตามเกณฑ์ที่ทางมหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด สามารถเข้าศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโทได้
